what happens if myself and husband split up ,while paying our joint iva,would him living in his own place be taken into concideration ,and would it affect our monthly payments....
If you can continue to pay your share of the combined contributions, there is no reason why the IVAs should faile - however from what you are saying your payments are likely to be affected if you are having to pay another set of housing costs.
Seek advice from your own IP first, who will want to understand the implications of your separation on the ongoing affordability of the IVAs.
