Have just returned from my 3 days in London at the tennis, another story, and was greated to a CCJ 'threat', normally this sort of thing would worry me, but because I have been reading this site for a month now, it does not worry me.

We are in an IVA and I know due to this wonderful informative and supportive site that our creditors can not achieve an CCJ against us. We have sent it onto our IP.

So I just want to say thanks to all on here, you are all doing a great job.

Good for you Kirsty - it's a great feeling when these letters can just be despatched to your IP and they lose the ability to scare you.

Weather was very hot, I have a hand mark on my back where I could not quite reach with suntan lotion!
