I have CC debits, Loans and two CCJs. One debt is back tax. Can these all be covered in a IVA.

Welcome to the forum and whilst I cannot answer your questions there are plenty on here who will be able to help you out.
Are the loans unsecured on not??

Hi Paul and welcome to the forum
All of those debts can be included in the IVA, so long as they are unsecured. If any of the loans are secured against your property, you will need to continue to pay those outside of the IVA.
