can my debtors then come to a new company and put any demands on that company

hi Viki i am just going through the iva experience god it is s**t only just found this site wish i had looked before, dont suppose i would have found it with my head burried in the sand !!!! just got a new job and now being given a chance of a directorship very worried this will effect the company

From what I remember ,you have to check the LTD company concernds memorandum of article, as some companies rules stop you being a director if insolvent.

Hi
Your personal debts will not affect your new company if you are already in an IVA,however the shares that you have in the company coud be classed as an asset and any dividend payments will have to be disclosed to your IP.You will not be able to personally guarantee any loans that the company may take.
Best to take advice from your IP or potential IP
