How do I get out of an IVA, my monthly payments have gone up and I am already struggling to pay the charges I have by them. Am I able to go BR?

I would suggest talking to your IP and discuss your options.

Hey serendipity, welcome to the forum, I love your user name! You can make yourself BR but you might need a letter from your IP stating that the IVA has failed, therefore, as Kirsty said, you would be better off talking to your IP.
Why have they increased your payments? They won't want you to fail so you need to have a realistic expenditure allowance and obviously affordable payments. Viki X
