Hi All

My IVA was completed in February and most creditors have marked as satisfied.
According to Noddle the two outstanding ones are National Westminster Credit Cards and NWB Current Accounts.
On my IVA voting forms those two debts were listed as Royal Bank of Scotland Group C/O The Insolvency Exchange.
My question is, who do I actually write to in order to get this rectified?

Thanks

Middle

Hi,

Was your IVA a five year one? If so then everything should drop off in February next year.

Makes little difference how they are recorded as long as the default date is correct -- they will disappear on the 6th anniversary however they are marked.

You might find this quick video I made about cleaning up your credit record useful:

Noddle and Clearscore are also free credit agencies to consider using:

Hi
Thank you for the replies.
I have another couple of years to go before the 6 year anniversary.
The two accounts are shown as being in default every month, is this correct?

Hi, mine all showed as a default each month but the date of default for each was showing as a few days within the start of my iva. Once the six year anniversary of those dates passed they all dropped off automatically.

As said earlier -- WHAT they show as is immaterial -- as long as the date of the original default is correct it will drop off at 6 years regardless.
