Dispute regarding the firm called:
Debt Free Direct

Background:Paid an early settlement in june 2008. Money was not distributed to creditors until may 2009 due to a 'computer problem' not happy that this remained as unsatisfied on credit report until 2009 and that company accrued a further £500 in interest which wasn't in the settlement proposal
