As I have said before Bill, please use the forum for posting specific queries/advice and not for direct communication. Your query is being dealt with but it is a bank holiday in Northern Ireland today and if you call Laura tomorrow she will be able to help you directly.

Ok, apololgies for upsetting you.

You haven't - it is just that I will get into trouble with Admin for using forum time to deal with individual client queries which in any case ought to be resolved through direct commmunication routes.
