Hi all.
Long time since we posted.
Both IVA completed 2and 4 months ago. Made a successful PPI claim 18 months ago, against a company NOT named as a creditor within my iva. IP now says that my iva will remain open until ppi claims are resolved. Do they mean for the loans and cards which were named in iva, or are they entitled to the claim which we made. We did not inform IP of the successful claim, cos we were under the impression that if not included as a creditor, IP had no claim on this money. Please advise

I believe it is any PPI claims - hopefully an expert will be along later who can clarify for you.

Hi -- it makes no difference if the PPI claim is from a creditor included in the IVA or not -- or, it seems, if the loan to which it relates was concluded years ago! If your IVA is deemed to capture any PPI it will capture all PPI.
