Who is it asking you to complete the forms? Is this your former IP or a PPI claims management company appointed by them?

The PPI Claims company appointed by Grant Thornton (Claims Broker)
But they done some PPI Claims about a year ago, but now we have more

And why do Grant Thornton feel that you should be dealing with this now, after your case has been closed?

I dont think its Grant Thornton, I think its Claims Broker have a back log!
They rang first and spoke to my wife and said they will be sending out p/w, my wife told them our IVA was complete and they said they are just trying to catch up on paperwork.
So do you think I have to return it now we are out of our IVA, if we dont return it we cant be breaking any T & C's

GT are digging up old completed cases, it seems, and playing the "PPI was an asset" card. There have been numerous posts to this effect.

I would check with Grant Thornton to see what this firm are actually playing at! It sounds like the left hand does not know what the right hand are doing. What is the name of the claims management company that has contacted you?

Doesn't sound right --- GT use another company generally -- who share offices

Will ring GT tomorrow and see what is going on!

Make sure that you check that this firm have the authority to act on GT's behalf, should GT still have the power to pursue PPI claims for the benefit of the creditors in your completed IVA.

GT use EIC as their PPI 'investigators'. I think they are one & the same company to be honest.

What makes you think that tinks81? Are EIC a separate incorporated company?

I believe EIC occupy part of one of the same buildings as GT. They might be a separate company by incorporation, however, they introduce themselves on the phone as GT and use GT headed notepaper. They also appear to have somewhat more involvement with the IVA in general.
