I made my last payment 6 weeks ago and am struggling to get a straight ansa about what happens next... On the odd occasion that someone at GT has actually ansa'd the phone I keep getting a different version of what to expect and what I have to do.

Does anyone know what actually happens - and how long it should take?

I am afraid that only your IP can gice you specific details about your own particular case. GT do now have a dedicated closure team so it might be worth having a chat with them if you can.
