Wahoooo well done you! Can you tell me does your piece of paper say completion certificate or notice of completion?

I have a report and within that report is a single sheet of headed paper that has various details about the IVA, Court date etc in the header followed with the words CERTIFICATE OF DUE COMPLETION in bold.

Then follows a statement declaring the discharge of all liabilities to creditors in the agreement and stuff like that signed by the supervisor.

It does state this is a very important document and only photocopies should ever be used for Credit Agencies/Creditor Correspondence,

I have a laminator so the original cerfiticate hand signed by the supervisor is gonna get laminated and photocopies then taken from that.

As for framing, yeah, I thought of that but only the girlfriend ever knew of this so.... best not :-)

It's just a piece of paper, not really a certificate. Mine says....

THE INSOLVENCY ACT 1986
MY FULL NAME
INDIVIDUAL VOLUNTARY ARRANGEMENT
XXXXXXX COUNTY COURT XXX of 2006
CERTIFICATE OF FULL IMPLEMENTATION
I hereby confirm that XXXXXXXXXXXX has complied fully with the terms of the Proposal
approved by the requisite majority of unsecured creditors on XX XXXXX 2006.
I further confirm that I shall now cease to act as Supervisor of this Voluntary Arrangement with
effect from X XXX 2011.

And yes it's wise to keep the original, or scan it in at a very high resolution for future reference etc.
