You should receive a copy of the closure report and your Certificate of Due Completion over the next few days.

When mine was accepted I had to pay the funds into the IVA account - only once the funds were received could I then stop my monthly payments - so please check this out.

Well done - it is a relief and you do feel totally refreshed by it when you come back down to earth.

Enjoy your debt free life !

If you owed £128000 and can't remortgage and pay back £33000 that is a £95000 debt write off.
Is it me or am i dreaming!![:0]

no your not dreaming! original amount i had to pay back including remorgage to release equity was £62,000 but couldnt remorgage so equity taken out and extra years payments would have been another £6,000 making £36,000 to pay back, id repaid £21,500 to date £14,500 outstanding with extra year and offered £12,000 as full and final which was accepted
