I have never ever posted on this site but have been a visitor for a long long time.
I would like to say a big thank you to everyone involved in the site from experts to posters as their comments/posts have been a big help to helping me complete my IVA and I have received my certificate of completion today!!!!!!
Its amazing how many people are thinking the same things as I did throughout my IVA. It just goes to show that no matter how bad your problems are, you are never alone out there. This site gave me hope and now I am standing in that light at the other end of the tunnel.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! [:D]

Yes I did and with a very good company who have been really helpfull throughout tbh. Even after completion.
A quick question I was meaning to ask them but hopefully someone can answer now.
Does an IVA constitute a CCJ.
I never had any through the post or ever had to reply to any court orders etc but I know that the IVA is effetively rubber stamped through the county court.

Another milestone - and now you can move on debt free. An IVA is not a CCJ - but it will affect your credit rating over the same period.

Congratulations Mr Relieved, you must be so happy. Good luck for the future.
Ronald, do you think you could hold off the 'Merry Xmas' comments until a bit nearer the time - it's only October! There are a lot of people struggling on here and they probably don't want to be reminded of Christmas.
