Hi
I am pretty late in getting all of my paperwork together for the IP due to personal circumstances, it's all a mess at the moment.
I've just had a visit from ResolvCall, I wasn't home so my mum answered the door. The chap left a card asking me to call them.
Pretty scary really and now my parents suspect I'm in trouble which is the last thing I need. [:(]

Very sneaky and really unwarranted as I've told them about my proposed IVA on numerous occasions.
I live with my parents, I might set-up a PO BOX, that's a good idea!
The card he left with my mum said to contact them with regards to an account, then the word RBS straight after. Should have placed in an envelope as to hide any details etc

Unfortunately they are entitled to call at your house but he should not have left a card like that.
I would phone them and give them what for. You could always fib and say that you've just moved out so cannot be contacted there anymore.
Just tell your parents that they want to discuss insurance with you, or that you're thinking of opening another account.

My office will help you as much as we can with this - but the best thing to do to avoid this happening in future is to get us those documents as quickly as possible so we can work through your proposals.

The sooner your IP received that paperwork the sooner your solution will be in place, I do realise it takes time and hope it's all sorted for you very soon. All the best x
