hi melainie or andy ,you have helped me out before ,my iva was approved on a lump sum sale of my propertie they have given us a year to sell the house with no payments monthly ,but do i need to keep receipts or anything to show i am sticking to the income and expenditure that was presented to my creditors in my iva meeting ? its not a problem but i have to pay cash for most things as i only have a basic bank account now .
also what happens if my house doesnt sell within the year ?
thankyou so much for your time .

There is no harm in keeping receipts during the period just in case you do need to justify anything, and if the house does not sell by the end of the term I suspect that the term will be extended, but do check with your own IP.
