Hi all
well we are currently in process of sorting our iva and now bad news.
because the motgage company owns 30% of the house we needed to find out after 2009 when are fixed rate is up what it will go up to which is they say about 8% but we have been told today that the people were with will not let us remortgage with them as they have stoped doing remortgages due to poor lending conditions not just us every one thats with our company.

CAN GET A REMORGAGE WITH SOME ONE ELSE WHILE IN A IVA IS THIS POSSIBLE. PLEASE LET ME KNOW

WE THOUGHT IT WAS ALL GOING SO WELL THEN THIS?????

Hello,

What is the term of your mortgage (i.e. when is the mortgage scheduled to end - not the fixed period)?

Hi losing our heads

If you haven't started the IVA yet I woul strongly suggest you speak to a specialist broker who understands the debt industry as well - there are not many of them - .

Andrew Graveson comes highly recommended and i would suggest you take the discussion offline to review over the phone.

Good luck

And I would concur with having a chat with either Andrew Graveson or Tony Parsons - as both are experienced in dealing with this type of work.
