I am currently in an IVA month 16 but haven't had any communication re annual review. I know I have to check with my supervisor but before I do I have a few questions. How likely is it that my payments will reduce as a few things have changed income down outgoings up. we are also expecting our second child does this give us any lee way in payments around this ie payment breaks to buy baby stuff etc. I don't want to opt for bankruptcy just yet. we are currently paying £430 per month on a £1800 income.

I don't understand why you haven't had an annual review. These are the sorts of things that should be ironed out with your IP when you have the review.
I really would suggest getting in touch with them ASAP to discuss things. If your circumstances change, they will have to do a review.
Check the T&C's of your IVA, but I don't believe that they give payment breaks as a general rule - I would imagine it would be deemed to be a default, but your best bet really is to make that call.
Good luck.

Your supervisor is duty bound to provide you with a copy of his/her annual report to Court and your creditors within 2 months of the anniversary of your arrangement, and to be able to do this they have to have completed an annual review, so you really do need to speak to them to see what is happening.
