how do i go about starting an IVA, i have cancer and some debts are getting higher each month and i need to do something about it i would get a loan but am refused time and time again

There are a number of debt solutions that are available so I would suggest that you contact 2-3 professional companies (the ones on this site are reliable and legitimate) and discuss which option best suits your individual needs.

Basically you need to talk to an Insolvency Practitioner to talk you through the various options. You can find one on www.iva.com or yell.com if you wanted to deal with someone local.
