We have our BR meeting on 7th April, have received the forms but need a bit of advice please, on the very first page it asks for your BR number, we haven't been given this number, should be have, also we are both going for BR how do we split down the expenditure as we have always split everything 50 50.

Hi, it should be on the petition forms, eg 123 of 2008. The OR who dealt with me and hubby used the one I&E to determine IPA. As hubby is the main earner, I was only part-time and now I'm not working at all, both of our income was included in the I&E. She didn't split anything really although I do get the impression that she should have as we did go bankrupt seperate.

Further to Chris - your BR Number will not be allocated until the order has been made on the 7th April - so leave this bit blank.
