I've recieved a bill of over £300 from n power, when I rang about this bill originally they said it had been paid - now they are saying it hasn't - have been in IVA since August - how do I pay it?!!

I would suggest coming to an arrangement to pay it over a period of time.Just state that you want to pay it but do not have that sort of money spare.See if you can pay £6 per week over the next year to clear it

You could always ask your I.P for a 1 - 2 month payment break from your IVA, then these months will be made up at the end of the IVA. I would contact them about this and discuss your options.
