Just have a quick question regarding car finance while on IVA, have any of you had any luck getting some reasonable car finance (PCP or HP) deals while on IVA ? Obviously assuming your insolvency company agrees.

I have heard of one person, at least, getting finance through work based salary sacrifice schemes and a couple have re-financed balloon payments. But I cannot recall any new loan agreements being sanctioned or accepted.
