Hi I have been in a iva for about 4 years the start of this year I received a letter stating we received to much tax credit and we owe them money ask them to investigate why then not heard anything since received another letter today saying I owe them 2700 and need to ring up and make a payment can I add this to my iva or do I have to set up a payment plan with the tax credits thanks

Tax credit overpayments can be included in an IVA. Adding them after the agreement has started will depend on relative amounts and the effect on the eventual dividend.
Your IP will usually have the discretion to add additional creditors or higher creditor balances of up to 15% without asking for creditor approval.
