Hello all I have completed my iva over 3 years ago and one of the creditors was virgin cc. Done an eligibility check for a purchase card and they said I was pre approved. Has anyone had a credit card with one of there previous creditors from an IVA don’t want to apply if they then say no.

You can try a different credit card - bear in mind that your credit will be stuffed for six years from the start of the IVA.

I have a credit card with a previous creditor -- Halifax. So it is possible.
