I just hope nothing puts this forum in jeopardy. Though, Ive finished my IVA 2 years ago I still occasionally log in and have a look. I know what a god send it was to me when i discovered it. The advice from the forum experts is invaluable. Long may it continue.

Fingers crossed that it will. May be just some of the personnel that change depending on who buys it.

Thank you, Paul. The forum is currently up for sale. But, hopefully, the new owner, when they are found, will continue with the same ethos and carry on assisting those in need of help and support.

Maybe some old faces will disappear and new ones take their places, hopefully bringing in a breath of fresh air.

In this case, the longer the memory the better and a fresh of breath air is not always the right way forward.

The problem with selling a site like this is that any value can only come from adverts, not much good on a site for people with money problems, or as a lead generator for IVA factories.

There are potential benefits for an allied industry, or as a window for the world. Offering good, realistic and timely support to all, other than just your clients, is good practice and good PR.

11 years for me --- and the IVA industry has certainly changed in that time. Much less clear cut that it used to be. Hopefully the new protocols will get some of that certainty back.
