IVA 'misselling' ?

UPDATE: Apologies. For some reason access to the video clip has been limited to those with permission !! ??

I was in two minds about whether to post this, but, as an impartial forum, we need to talk about the good as well as the bad and this YouTube clip gives a good insight into the pitfalls of an IVA where, maybe, an IVA wasn't the right way to go.

I am an advocate of IVA's, in the correct circumstances, and it has become apparent that there are, surprisingly dominant, firms out there placing people into IVA's that might have been better served in other solutions.

This clip is instructional for those of you thinking of entering an IVA --- basically, if any of the circumstances mentioned arise with your dealings --- Walk Away ! Find another firm.

This is half an hour long and has a couple of segments from our good friends over at Debt Camel and also from our very own Keith White. Put on the kettle and have a look at: https://youtu.be/DpGgpOq7jFA

It's excellent - we'll have to point people in the right direction if they come on saying they have been pressured into going for an IVA.
