I've been rejected for an Iva because I owe credit union is there away around this

Credit Union are not IVA friendly - how much of the vote did they hold? Have your company suggested anything else?

Did all of your creditors vote ? Maybe your IP can persuade some others to say yes, to try to outvote the credit union.
What is the total of your debts and, of that, how much do you owe the CU? Could a DRO or Bankruptcy be an option? Other than than, for a breathing space see if you can get a Debt Management Plan organised.
