Are you a homeowner with an equity release clause? If not and you have not had any payment breaks or anything like that you need to get them to tell you why.

As a homeowner you are expected to either release equity at month 54 or extend the IVA by 12 months if release is not possible --- assuming there is more than £5k equity to trigger the clause. So --- first question: Do you agree that there is more than £5k equity in your house ?

hi no equity in house and not been asked for a valuation of house spoke to ebenegate again today still cant get any answers also received email dated 27 jan 2021 which states iva ends may 2022 spoke ebengate today hard work and they told me a extra year had been added on on the 30 jan 2021 which i have never had that email or letter stating this extra year i took iva out in 2016 thanks gary
