rcp payments

Hi I have my iva with Ebengate who took over iva from vanguard I have told them I don’t want to change to rcp payment and have asked for the new account ect ect and all they say is please ring us when you question the payment method I was just wondering if anyone else has got any further response will I fail iva is I don’t do rcp payment

However, it seems that the post from Kevin Thallon is still being ignored by Ebenegate operators !

Just to confirm that your IVA won't fail as long as you send them normal either DD or SO payments.
