In regards to pcp balloons, rather than part exchange what are options available? Can you save out of you living expenses budget over the space of 3 years to put towards this?
I would like to avoid having to refinance at the end of my term.

You should only be able to save a few hundred pounds a year ( if that) from expenses. You can also save your half of overtime and bonus payments from work ---- unless you work a lot of overtime, I doubt this will amount to £3k (ish ) in three years.

The chances are anyway that you would be unable to refinance at the end of the term - many companies won't.
