Am I right in thinking a completed iva for example settled early and marked as completed even tho it hasn’t fell of your report is much better in regards to getting any sort of credit?

Would any credit cards look at you with a completed iva or not

Yes, it is marginally better when marked 'completed', but most CC lenders will still avoid you, apart from the high interest charging 'credit builder' lenders, and even then it is hit and miss.
