Smaller firms are constantly being 'eaten up' by the big boys, due, in part, to smaller profit margins per case, for individual service. The IVA factories automate everything and treat everybody the same "one size fits all" --- I think of them as the IVA Ryanair or Easyjet (great until something out of the ordinary happens, or you want half decent, old fashioned, service).
Eventually the industry will be run by a few factories who, in return for higher fees being agreed to, will bow to the creditors interests rather than the debtors and the IVA industry will be 'sown up like a kipper' (what does that even mean ??).

The name change to Debt Movement is a rebrand rather than a change of ownership, as such.
From their website it seems to be a genuine attempt to refocus on doing the right thing by the client.
Should be interesting to see what happens.
