PPI after completion certificate received

I completed my IVA in January 2017 and have certificate of completion. Have recieved a letter from bank (originally from December 2013) stating I have unpaid PPI money owed. Am I entitled to this money or my IVA company. Bank is asking for completion certificate and confirmation if IVA was written on standard terms???
