Hi I wanted to ask about the 10% 50/50 rule,
If I receive over time that takes me above the agreed 10% and also in the same month I receive a Bonus.

Does the 10% rule apply to each of them individually or does it apply on both as a total?

I believe it will be calculated on total income for the month. So 10% above base pay allowed and then 50% of remaining OT plus Bonus paid over to IVA.
