Hi how long can I put my annual review off for? My anniversary date is 16th December? What’s the latest I can do it with out getting in to trouble? Thank you

Why do you want to put it off ?

As part of your agreement, an annual review should take place within a couple of weeks of your start date. If you are worried due to a change of circumstances or you are currently experiencing difficulties please speak to your iva company and seek help. Ignoring it will only make things worse.

YOU don't put it off -- your IP decides when and how, but it has to be completed within 2 months of the anniversary date ( although this doesn't always happen for one reason or another) . Once your IP requests the paperwork he or she needs you have to respond in a timely manner.
