Hi

I am currently waiting to drop of the Insolvency Register.

There are 2 dates on the register. Completed Date and Notification Date which are 2 weeks apart. Should i be working on 3 months from Completion Date or the Notification Date ?

Also, does anyone have a working phone number for the them ? I only have 0121 698 4180 which is constantly engaged.

I am afraid that I cannot tell whiuch date they work from as, ion my dealings with them, they are not always consistant. In any event the three month timeline is an 'up to' three months, so it could happen at any time.

Has anyone been able to contact the Insolvency Service recently ? I have tried several numbers to no avail. On the Insolvency section of the .gov website when you click on the contact form it says 'The requested service is temporarily unavailable'

I know we are in a pandemic but this is rather annoying.

At least you know it will be sorted soon. The IS is not known for removing an IVA before three months.
