Hi,

IVA completion certificate received over 3 years ago and now I'm looking at moving and applying for a new mortgage (joint with girlfriend).
My credit rating is very good now but I know that majority of lenders ask about previous IVAs.

Does anyone know of mortgage lenders that either don't ask about previous IVAs or are sympathetic about it and are likely to approve with good credit score?

I can personally vouch for Ryan and his team. We have used then for the last 10 years and have always been happy with the products.

Completed IVA October 2018.
Spent a year repairing credit history, using credit respinsibly etc.
