Can PPI still be claimed?

We finished our IVA in 2016 after 6 years, We have received a completion certificate and also a letter from our IVA company stating that all creditors have had there final dividend paid, accounts should be marked as satisfied and should all creditors should amend their records accordingly. If we have this paper work can the company still claim PPI due to us?
