I was pursuing an mis sold mortgage claim when I went into a IVA it had been on going now for over a year I went into a IVA a month ago should I have mentioned this to the IP also what will happen if it reaches its conclusion and i receive compensation before my IVA finished in 6years time the Iva form only asked about PPI claims which this is not it never asked about music sold mortgage claims I never thought to mention it as I might not get compensation any way many thanks

Any compensation will have to be paid across to your IVA - once your creditors have been paid in full, any excess will be yours.

Being similar in nature to PPI it will be treated in the same way.
