Creditfix bought IVA and added 10 months?!

Hi,
I’m looking for advice.
I started an IVA on 07/04/15 (first payment) and the IVA was a 60 month agreement. In 2017 (I think), I received a letter from Creditfix saying they had bought my IVA but that nothing had changed.
I had a 6 month payment break granted due to a change of circumstances, and I knew this would simply add on at the end.
My 60 months is now up, with the 6 months left to pay. However, I have just received another annual creditors report and noticed that Creditfix have stated my IVA agreement is 70 months plus the 6 months ad-on!!!
This is completely incorrect and very upsetting, to think I had almost come to the end of paying and then out of nowhere they have added this on.
Can they do this? I have my original agreement from Knightsbridge, but i’ve had such terrible service and dealings with Creditfix that I’m nervous to approach them!
Advice would be really appreciated.
