Does this sound like a god deal?

Hi guys. I have debts of £19000 plus a mortgage shortfall which will probably amount to £60000 so a total debt of £79000. I have agreed a final settlement payment of £13000 which has been approved. I just wanted to know if this equates to a good deal or could I have offered less. Any advice would be very much appreciated.

id say it was a good deal, 16.5% in the pound is quite a low dividend so i think you did well

Hi guys, thanks for your prompt replies. I'm really glad I went with a final settlement IVA. Just reading over the IVA and the total debt was £95000 with a final settlement figure of £13000. So I hope I've made the right decision.
