How can I get the info I need from Credit Fix?

Hi there I’m having issues with credit fix giving me the information required in relation to my IVA. I have managed to secure a remortgage on my property to pay off the remaining amount of my IVA in full, but the new mortgage company require the exact settlement figure, & credit fix’s banking details with which to pay them when the mortgage goes through in order to complete the IVA. After nearly two weeks back and forth via email to credit fix they are still not providing these details! Surely it’s in their best interest as if the remortgage offer falls through they won’t get the full settlement figure anyway! All very frustrating! Other than physically calling and emailing them everyday (I have forwarded them directly exactly what is required three times) is there anything else I can do?
