Aperture are pretty much the only company that regularly takes the full 6 months to issue the completion paperwork. I am afraid that you have to play the waiting game and hope that you are one of the few that gets sorted earlier.

If it were me i would be now contacting them for updates fortnightly at least if not weekly ..start to put the pressure on slowly and chase it up. Three months is more than enough time in my opinion.

Have you completed your final safe reviews, etc? Has any equity been addressed? I'm assuming after seven years that it has...
I would contact Aperture to get an update on what's going on. 6 months would be the end of March 2020 but Aperture will often only count from when your final obligations are sorted such as the reviews mentioned above. If you're proactive and make sure they have everything they need there's no reason it should take any longer than the 6 months.

Good Luck!
They didn't even start my review until the last couple of weeks in November nearly 5 months after making last scheduled payment at the beginning of July then requested further payslips on top of the ones I provided for the final review, then 1 month later after many phone calls wanting to know what was going on I was sent an anonymous email from them asking for another additional final payment before they can proceed to closure which in Apertures crazy world can take another "3-6 months" which through experience means at least 6 months.
I might get a completion certificate Summer 2020 if I'm really lucky...
