Started an Iva in October
Had a letter from bank and credit card today they are still adding late payment charges and interest to my credit card and overdraft charges to my bank account even though I’m not using my bank account anymore.
Is this normal??
I thought all charges and interest stopped?

Creditors usually add in all the charges they can between the last statement and the actual start date of the IVA .... If they try anything after that the IP will ( should) take issue with it. It is also common that the department adding these charges haven't yet caught on that an IVA is in place and this will be rectified as soon as they catch up .

Or will it sort it self out eventually

No harm in letting them know -- but it should get sorted when the IP verifies claims.
