Spam posts etc.

Please could posters refrain from dragging up ancient posts for no good reason as this clutters up the board with long solved threads.
I have also noticed an increasing number of "cut and paste" posts which do not appear to be relevant or to assist the OP, but appear to be more for the purposes of increasing post counts (?).
These, as well as spam posts, will be deleted without warning or explanation.
Live links which are considered to be spam will also be removed as will "hidden" links.
If something in an old post prompts a similar question, by all means, please open your own, new, thread on the subject.
