Should I have done a DRO instead of an IVA?

Hi in IVA, been struggling but keeping up with payments just wondering if IVA was best for me and not DRO I own nothing after I have bills left with 270 month but got to get food, clothes, subscriptions out of this. I owe about six grand

It seems a very low amount for an IVA. Which company are you with?

If they did an I&E which found you had a disposable income of more than £50, to which you will have agreed, then you would not have qualified for a DRO. What is your monthly IVA payment ?

Hi iam with johson geddes my monthly instalment is 164 but my council tax is included first year not sure why

Council tax is actually a debt, being really due in full on the start of the financial year.
