Missed payments shown on my credit report during IVA

Hi
First post in yonks.
I completed my IVA in Nov 2016.
I’ve just been looking at my credit report analysis on TotallyMoney.com because I thought my credit score would have been better than what it is. The analysis shows that in my last 6 years I have 28 missed payments against three accounts.
I started my Iva in November 2011. These missed payments are debts sold to PRA Group UK and were all settled when my IVA was completed and monies dished out.
Am I correct in saying these shouldn’t be shown as missed payments because they were included in my IVA
Cheers

When did you start the IVA ? Defaults will still show for six years from the date of default, which should be the same date as the IVA started.

Those accounts should have all gone, lock, stock and barrel, by now --- sounds like they were not actually defaulted as they should have been. Have a look here and use the template to get the creditor to default with the December 2011 date, so they drop off. https://www.iva.co.uk/what-does-an-iva- ... dit-record
