Hi I’m only 9 months in to my Iva and I’m paying £80 a month for 5 years my original debt was around the 10k mark, my dad said he can offer me £4,500 to make a f&f offer as I’m struggling to pay it, he’s even paid my last 3 months IVA payments, if I tuck it further and offered them this, do you think they will accept this? Thanks

The creditors would be getting everything they signed up for ... and earlier than expected ---- also saving a bit on adminstration. I would think they would be very likely to accept such an offer (although this can never be guaranteed). Best of luck.
