My Iva is over paid by F&F. The balances on my defaulted accounts have gone down considerably but shouldn’t they all be saying settled ? I’ve had completition certificate etc

It makes no difference what they put as their status -- a default is a default. The important thing is to work on getting the dates of default correct, then, at the 6 year mark, the whole thing will disappear -- whatever the status.
