I have completed IVA August 2018 but received the certificate in March 2019
Now Appeture has sent me again a PPI form to sign for claiming again regardless IVA closed or not . But I don’t understand though they claimed 3/4 years ago why they want to claim again as long as I didn’t have any credit during My IVA last 6 years
My question is Di I have to send this PPi form singed and sent it to them?

You don't have to but it won't hurt if you do.

The Ombudsman has ( more than once) decided that some previous claims have been incorrectly refused or underpaid and has advised (more than once) that old claims be resubmitted. Now, with the deadline looming, some firms are having a last ditch attempt.

We do not know what, if any, consequences will follow if you simply refuse to sign, but, is it really such a hardship ?
